Job Description:
As an Investment Real Estate Agent at RFP Homes, you will work directly with investors to help them acquire off-market single-family investment properties across DFW. Your role is to build and manage an investor book of business and match buyers with deals from day one.

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with real estate investors
• Sell company-provided investment inventory
• Build and grow a personal investor network
• Facilitate transactions from start to close

Requirements:
• Self-motivated, competitive individual
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Active Texas real estate license (or in progress)

Compensation & Benefits:
• 100% commission-based role
• Unlimited earning potential
• Many agents earn $70k+ in their first year
