The Role

At AMS, we’re building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrative Coordinator who enjoys learning and values teamwork.

The role will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the Flight Attendant Recruitment Administration team with a world leading aviation organization.

Preferred candidates will have flexibility to work in hybrid capacity in our onsite Atlanta headquarter location as needed for event support.

 

This is a 3-month initial contract.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

 

  • Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (ie pes vendor) and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in interview scheduling, help desk support, candidate checklist management, booking travel arrangements, email response handling
  • Strong learning agility or the ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high touch environment
  • Strength in problem-solving, communication, analytical thinking
  • Effective English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel

This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
