Position Summary:

Tito’s Handmade Vodka is seeking an energetic and proactive individual with a passion for spreading love and goodness to join our team! The Love, Tito’s Retail Sales Associate is responsible for sharing the Love, Tito’s story and creating an effective brand experience for customers visiting the store. The Sales Associate is an extension of the Tito’s Handmade Vodka brand and will be responsible for assisting with the retail merchandise store and inventory. 

What you will do: 

• Provide exceptional customer service and connection with guests. 

• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience  

• Represent Tito’s Handmade Vodka/ Love, Tito’s as a Brand Ambassador at the retail store and in the community, reflective of our company values. 

• Foster Tito’s Handmade Vodka culture and values with team members and guests. 

• Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized.

• Assist with inventory operations, including quarterly inventory counts, receiving and stocking merchandise, and stock organization.  

• Assist the retail team with any local events held in-store. 

• Open and close the store in accordance with the opening and closing procedures while being a key-holder. 

• Stay up to date with new products and activations in the store.  

Skills:  

• Must be over the age of 21. 

• Flexible schedule with availability for variable hour shifts, weekend, and holiday scheduling. 

• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus. 

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively. 

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
