Proposal Growth Coordinator Intern

HumanTouch is seeking a Proposal & Growth Coordinator Intern for approximately 6 months  to support the Proposal and Business Development teams in expanding operational bandwidth and driving growth execution. This role will assist in live proposal development, compliance tracking, market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics reporting.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong writing skills and an interest in government contracting, technology solutions, and growth strategy.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that contributes directly to revenue-generating initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Proposal Development Support:

  • Review and analyze RFPs/RFIs to identify compliance requirements.
  • Build and maintain compliance matrices.
  • Draft and edit proposal sections (management approach, resumes, past performance summaries).
  • Coordinate inputs from SMEs and track deadlines.
  • Maintain proposal content libraries and boilerplate documentation.
  • Support final production preparation and formatting.

Growth Analytics & Capture Support:

  • Conduct agency and opportunity research.
  • Track and analyze pipeline data.
  • Prepare opportunity briefs and competitive snapshots.
  • Support CRM updates and reporting dashboards.
  • Assist with win theme development and value proposition refinement.

Operational & Bandwidth Support:

  • Create internal trackers, templates, and workflow documentation.
  • Support proposal debrief summaries.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in AI-enabled proposal research or summarization workflows (if applicable).

Qualifications

Required:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to government contracting or federal procurement.
  • Experience with research, data analysis, or CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for document review or research support.
