Baystate Financial is a leading New England wealth management and financial planning firm that works with individuals, families, and business owners to deliver sophisticated investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning.

Our firm is expanding its digital presence and is seeking a Marketing & Digital Strategy Intern to assist with several key initiatives, including building a new firm website and developing a modern social media marketing strategy.

Position Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content development within the financial services industry. The intern will work directly with firm leadership to help design and implement marketing initiatives that will support the firm's long-term growth.

This role is ideal for students looking to build real portfolio work and gain experience with AI-driven marketing tools, website development, and social media strategy.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and launch of a new company website

Help structure website messaging, pages, and digital branding

Research and develop a social media marketing strategy

Create and schedule social media content and marketing posts

Utilize AI tools to assist in generating marketing copy and social media content

Support the development of a content calendar and digital marketing plan

Assist with general marketing initiatives and brand development

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing

Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and content creation

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
