TikTok Creator & Livestream Internship（Mandarin Speaking） – Summer 2026 (NYC)

AFM Agency (powered by GlodaStory) is a TikTok Shop partner agency specializing in livestream commerce, influencer marketing, and creator-led brand growth. We help brands scale through data-driven strategies, creator partnerships, and full-funnel execution.

This internship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the creator economy and social commerce industry.

 

 

Internship Areas

Interns will be placed into one of the following teams:

Creator / Influencer Relations

TikTok Live & Livestream Operations

TikTok Go Project Team

Event & Creator Activations

HR & Admin Operations

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the team, responsibilities may include:

Source and engage TikTok creators across key verticals

Support creator onboarding and campaign coordination

Assist with livestream operations and performance tracking

Help execute TikTok campaigns and creator deliverables

Support planning and on-site execution of events and activations

Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, check-ins, and communication

Assist with recruiting, job postings, and candidate coordination (HR track)

 

 

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a college/university or recent graduate

Strong interest in TikTok, influencer marketing, or social commerce

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented and proactive

Bilingual in English and Mandarin

 

 

Location & Schedule

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City

Schedule: Minimum 3 days per week (in-person)

Internship Period: May 25 – August 25, 2026
