KUSBDC - Community Engagement and Client Operations
The Community Engagement and Client Operations Graduate Assistant will support the center by assisting with client follow up, intake coordination, and community communication efforts. Responsibilities include contacting clients to ensure they schedule and complete their intake appointments with the Kutztown University Small Business Development Center. The GA will help manage intake workflows, track client engagement, and support smooth onboarding processes.
This role also includes working with internal staff and external resource partners to share timely information through monthly newsletter emails. The GA will assist with updating community calendars, preparing content for the daily brief, and ensuring clients have access to upcoming educational programming through enews communications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication are essential. Experience with email platforms, calendars, or customer relationship tools is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable communicating with
clients and partners in a professional setting.
This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours per semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester. Please contact Rachael Wolfe for additional information if needed at rwolfe@kutztown.edu.
