Associate Veterinarian

Are you a dedicated and passionate veterinarian seeking to make a positive impact on the well-being of the animals under your care? We are a growing small animal veterinary hospital in search of skilled and compassionate veterinarians to join our team. We are hiring Part-time and/or Full-time veterinarians for our location in Central Kentucky.

Situated in the heart of Kentucky our new hospital is known for its welcoming and amiable environment. Our location provides you with the aesthetic quaintness of small-town rural Kentucky while only being 15 minutes away from I-65 and the Western Kentucky Parkway and having numerous restaurants and shopping options.

We treat our patients like family, aiming to create a positive experience for both pets and their owners. 

 

What We Offer:

State-of-the-art facilities (over 5000 square feet) and equipment, including ultrasonography, digital radiography, dental x-ray and In-House Lab.

3 1/2 -4 ½ Day Work Week 

Minimal On-Call- (Established clients only) *Additional compensation for after hour emergencies

Experience with small ruminants and exotics is a plus! 

Mixed animal opportunities available. 

 

Responsibilities:

*Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics
*Develop and implement treatment plans
*Perform surgical procedures
*Provide preventive care and client education and community awareness                     
*Collaborate with our experienced team of veterinary professionals                                    
*Must be able to work independently at times



Requirements

DVM licensed in Kentucky-In good standing

Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A dedication to delivering exceptional care to pets, people and personalized care            
Technological background and marketing skills a plus
