Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to serve in a front desk/student check-in role. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth daily center operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in student work, and delivering a positive experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet students and parents and provide a welcoming, professional environment
  • Manage student check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate program information clearly
  • Schedule appointments and support enrollment processes
  • Maintain organization of student materials and records
  • Support overall center operations and assist management as needed

Quality Scan Duties:

  • Review graded student work for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
  • Provide auxiliary supervision of students in an active classroom
  • Enforce folder and worksheet process specific to the learning center
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to reinforce expectations and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Basic math skills (at least Algebra II)
  • Basic reading skills (high school composition minimum)
  • Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of center operations and workflow
