expoIT is a growing nationwide IT hardware, software, and services provider seeking a detail oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to join our customer support/sales operations team. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes by providing administrative and operational assistance to the team
Responsibilities (NO COLD CALLING FOR THIS ROLE)
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, preparing and distributing quotes, and tracking orders for customers
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve concerns
• Maintain knowledge of expoIT’s products and services to support client needs Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to commute to the office in Derry, NH (No remote work available)
Unique Requirements
Extended hours are sometimes needed to complete some special projects (10%)
