Infant/Toddler Teacher

PAY RATE Depending on Education:

BA: $26.84/hr    AA: $24.40/hr        IT CDA: $23.18/hr     Education In Progress: $21.96/hr

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds during the most important years of development? Join our Early Head Start team as an Infant/Toddler Teacher and make a meaningful difference in the lives of babies, toddlers, and their families every day.

We’re looking for a warm, energetic, and dedicated educator who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands that every child has a unique personality, rhythm, and set of needs. The ideal candidate brings patience, creativity, and a deep commitment to fostering social-emotional growth, early learning, and strong foundational values.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler or AA/BA or equivalent credential

AA/BA with infant toddler focus or equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development

Don’t have your Infant/Toddler CDA yet? We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to complete their Infant/Toddler CDA within three months of hire. In most cases, we will pay for the costs of the Infant Toddler CDA or possibly an AA or BA. We value professionals who are eager to grow and develop in the field.

All applicants must meet state licensing requirements.
