FlexWork Sports Operations Crew - Texas

FlexWork Sports, a global leader in youth sports, is seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our team for the Spring and Summer 2026 seasons.

Position Overview:

This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity to work at professional & collegiate athlete-led youth sports camps. 

Team members will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while developing valuable skills in leadership, communication, and event operations.

We have camps on the horizon in Texas with the athletes below across the state, willing to provide a fun camp day to the youth:

• George Pickens - Cowboys
• Nico Collins - Texans
• KC Concepcion - Texas A&M (proj. NFL 1st Round WR)
• PJ Washington - Mavericks
• Josh Smith - Rangers
• DJ Lagway - Baylor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of athlete-led youth sports camps and events.
• Support professional and collegiate athletes during camp activities.
• Engage with participants to ensure a positive and safe experience.
• Use camp and operations crew data insights to drive informed
  decision-making, program enhancements, and strategic planning.
