We are seeking a dynamic HR / Recruiter / Publicist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, identifying top talent, and helping build a strong, collaborative company culture. The HR / Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting new employees for the agency.

Hybrid work schedule - work in our beautiful Boston corporate office (Financial District) and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Identify and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers
- Help manage candidate communications and ensure a positive recruiting experience
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records
- Publicist Role - 50% of time will be spent securing press on a monthly basis for clients. Agency will train.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in working in a professional services or communications environment
