What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you will:
- Provide safe, skilled, resident-centered nursing care
- Follow individualized care plans and complete accurate documentation
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and highest level of functioning
- Recognize and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team and families
This role is ideal for LPNs who value teamwork, professionalism, and making a daily impact.

About You
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan
- License in good standing
- Meets required Continuing Education Unit (CEU) standards
