Salesforce Small Business Account Specialist

🚀 We’re Hiring: Salesforce Small Business Account Specialist

 

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Type: Full-Time

Experience: Entry-Level / Early Career (0–2 years)

 

Integrated Media Group (IMG) is a Salesforce implementation partner working closely with Salesforce Account Executives to help small businesses get up and running on Salesforce quickly and effectively.

We’re growing our Small Business Salesforce practice and are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Salesforce Small Business Account Specialist to focus on Quickstarts and small business accounts.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own Salesforce sales for small business accounts and Quickstarts
  • Work directly with Salesforce Account Executives
  • Qualify leads, run discovery calls, and close small Salesforce engagements
  • Manage a high-volume, transactional sales motion
  • Coordinate clean handoffs to our implementation and Jumpstart teams
  • Track pipeline and activity in CRM

 

Who This Role Is For

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–1 years experience)
  • Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, and Salesforce
  • Organized, responsive, and eager to learn

 

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related role
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce, CRM platforms, or SaaS tools
  • Familiarity with business processes such as: Lead management, Sales pipelines, Customer lifecycle and handoffs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable running discovery calls and discussing business needs
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Able to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Coachable mindset with a desire to grow in technology and consultative sales

 

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Salesforce exposure through coursework, internships, certifications, or prior roles
  • Experience working with small business clients
  • Interest in long-term growth within a Salesforce or SaaS sales career
