AI Data Analyst ( Full-time, Onsite )

(Will report to Engineering Director)

 

  • Solid foundation in Python, including development of REST APIs, OOPs concepts
  • Solid foundation of Agentic AI concepts — agent loops, tool use, memory, planning, prompting etc. and hands-on experience working with LLM APIs(OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) 
  • Good Understanding in at least one Agent development framework, such as LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar, is a must.
  • Data Processing, Embedding Techniques e.g., using models from Hugginface
  • Will Develop Unstructured data pipelines e.g., PDF parsing, Video and MP3 analysis
  • Will use platforms like Bedrock, GPT, Anthropic
  • Will write Data science queries, in SQL, requesting the database to extract, transform, and analyze data to answer specific business questions.
  • Performance optimization
  • Deploying models on platforms like GPU, Local models
  • Design and develop AI and ML algorithms, applications and systems for the company
  • Work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team
  • Work on complex problems with multilayered data sets, and optimize existing libraries and frameworks
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and data architects on production systems and applications  
  • Stay up to date with developments in the AI industry
  • Train, retrain, and monitor AI systems and models as needed.
  • Consult with managers to determine and refine machine learning objectives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Proficiency  RAG systems — familiarity with concepts like chunking strategies, vector stores, embedding models, and retrieval techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
