Customer Success Specialist

Force4Good is an exciting and fast-growing automated fundraising platform that is raising millions to support both restaurants and nonprofits looking to give back. Our platform is designed to bring restaurants and communities together by turning complex fundraisers into effortless, impactful events that drive revenue and visibility. We work with national brands like Chipotle, KFC, and Dave’s Hot Chicken to name a few. Force4Good has a culture of innovation and service and we are passionate about the work we do.

Currently, we are looking for a recent college grad to join our Implementation Team, to ensure success for the over 8,000 restaurants and 45,000 nonprofits that rely on us to meet their fundraising goals. Our platform reduces 97% of the work involved in running a successful fundraiser, and helps build community at restaurants around the country.  The Customer Success Specialist is a key role at our company, and has a clear path for career growth!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound requests and respond promptly to support calls, chats, and emails with above-and-beyond service
  • Assess, categorize, and escalate fundraising issues as needed
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose platform issues
  • Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback
  • Demonstrate impeccable customer service skills through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Work cross-functionally to assess and improve internal processes, such as invoicing
  • Demonstrate fundamental understanding of customer service best practices
  • Manage customer escalations with empathy and professionalism
  • Track client interactions, maintaining detailed records of communications and action items
  • Build domain expertise and grow industry knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming college grad, with BA or BS
  • Work or summer job experience in customer service in a retail, restaurant, or similar environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Highly computer literate
  • Lifelong learner with a growth mindset
  • Interest in AI
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player - no task is too small!
  • Mountain Standard Time

Hourly Compensation Range: $22/hr - $24/hr

 

This is a remote contract-to-hire position, starting at 30 hours per week, and growing to remote full-time.
