Central Operations Intern

Get hands-on experience in the office and in the field, working on ongoing operations projects in Oakland County this upcoming summer 2026!

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the fleet manager with asset management, data collection and analysis, quality assessment, capital outlay costs, and heavy-duty machinery assessment
  • Prepare reports and updates for ongoing projects
  • This position reports to the Fleet Manager
  • Work schedule - Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

 

Skills Required:

  • The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of software implementation
  • Ability to collect and analysis data and adapt reports and tables
  • Accuracy and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to collaborate in team setting
  • Knowledge of automotive and construction equipment
  • Mechanical background a plus

 

Educational Requirements:

  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in any degree.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid Driver’s License
