Photography & Videography Intern – Youth Flag Football (Paid Internship)

Fusion Orthopedics – CEO’s Youth Flag Football Team

**About the Role**  
We are seeking a creative **student** intern to capture photo and video content for a youth flag football team of 8–11-year-olds, coached by the CEO of Fusion Orthopedics.  This is a great portfolio-building opportunity for someone interested in sports media, content creation, or marketing.

**Responsibilities**  
- Attend weekend/evening practices and games to capture high-quality photos and videos of players, coaches, and game action.

- Shoot short-form content for use on social media and internal team updates (hype reels, highlight clips, parent recaps).

- Edit and deliver polished photo galleries and short videos on a weekly basis during the season.

- Organize and manage media files so that assets are easy to find and share.

- Maintain a positive, professional presence on the sidelines and help make kids and parents comfortable on camera.

**Qualifications**  
- Current college student with an interest in photography, videography, digital media, marketing, or related fields.
- Basic experience shooting photo/video (phone, mirrorless, or DSLR) and familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, or similar).

- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced game environment.

- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.

- Must be able to work select evenings and weekends during the season.
