Countryside Therapy Group is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient therapy team serving clinics in Stephenville and Mineral Wells, Texas.

This position offers a structured 4-day schedule, supportive clinical environment, and strong earning potential, making it an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced PTAs.

Position Overview

Outpatient therapy setting

Caseload includes primarily pediatric patients with some adult outpatient cases

Typical caseload of 25–30 visits per week with growth potential

Consistent weekly schedule across two nearby clinic locations

Compensation

Productivity-based compensation model

Typical earnings range $45,000 – $55,000 annually

Opportunity to earn above $55,000 as caseload grows

Up to $9,000 sign-on bonus available

Schedule

Typical full-time schedule:

Monday – Stephenville

Tuesday – Mineral Wells

Wednesday – Mineral Wells (potential for a third day depending on availability)

Thursday – Stephenville

Friday – optional make-up visits

Qualifications
