I. The Mission: Future-Proofing Minds – Empowering Students through Innovation

Our STEM programs aren't just about the hardware; they are about bridging the "Innovation Gap" through the power of creation. Whether it’s bringing digital designs to life with 3D Drawing, mastering the mechanics of Engineering, or coding logic into a custom Build-A-Bot, we provide a high-energy environment where students build critical thinking, resilience, and curiosity. We are looking for an inspiring STEM Mentor to lead this transformation at our Philadelphia partner campuses.

II. Mission Logistics

We believe in clarity and discipline. This specific assignment requires the following commitment:

  • School: Plumstead Christian School.
  • Location: 5765 Old Easton Rd, Plumsteadville, PA 18949.
  • Grades: depending on the course, you will be with 6th-8th graders or with 9th-10th graders.
  • Program: you will be co-teaching in one of these courses: 3D Printing Create+, Bridges & Skyscrapers, Build-A-Bot AmazBots, 3D Printing Start +, Drones, and Roller Coaster Engineering.  (Check our website to know more at https://nexploreusa.com/)
  • Day of Week: Monday to Friday.
  • Dates: March 23rd to March 27th, 2026.
  • Shift Time: 8:30 am to 11:30 am (Arrival required by 8:15 pm for setup).

III. Your Impact at Plumstead Christian School

As the Co-teacher for this site, you won't just be "supervising." You will be the architect of "Joyful Learning" for 15 to 20 students. Using the Nexplore curriculum, you will ensure that this week becomes the highlight of these students' spring.

  • Punctuality & Discipline: The school relies on us. You are the type of person who is "early if you're on time."
  • Grade-Level Expertise: You have a natural ability to connect with elementary students and can pivot your teaching style to keep them engaged.

V. Compensation & Growth

  • Rate: $110 per day (each session includes the 15 minutes of prep time and the 5-10 minutes of dismissal).
  • Transportation: If you don't have your own vehicle, we have a carpool option from the city. If you need it, please let us know.
  • The Training Superstar: Access to our onboarding training before your first session, and have 1-1 or group calls with our Program Success Team if you have any questions about classroom management and leadership skills.
  • Future Opportunities: Successful completion of this mission at Plumstead puts you first in line for our Summer 2026 Super-Camps.
