Position: Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (Acute Care)
Location: UPMC Altoona Hospital
Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with weekend discharges/rotations
Department Details: This is a small, tight knit department consisting of one RN manager, one registered nurse, one medical assistant, one doctor, and 1-2 APP’s. This department specializes in vein harvesting. Time will be spent hospital rounding, operating room, outpatient clinic, and inpatient setting.
