Overview
Carrie Amber Intimates is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Intern to support our Ecommerce and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, storytelling, and digital content creation. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing short-form social media content, supporting blog development, assisting with marketing campaigns, and helping bring our brand voice to life across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
• Create short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Write scripts, film, and assist with editing social media videos
• Assist with social media posting, engagement, and community interaction
• Support content creation including brainstorming ideas, drafting scripts, and 
recording content in the office
• Assist with photo production and asset organization for social media and marketing campaigns

Blog & Website Support
• Write fashion and lifestyle blog posts aligned with brand messaging
• Conduct basic SEO research to help optimize blog content
• Assist with blog uploads, formatting, and publishing on the website

Marketing & Campaign Support
• Assist with email and social media campaign activations
• Support segmented marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Help gather assets and imagery for marketing emails and campaigns
• Provide general marketing support including image pulls and content organization

Product & Inventory Support
• Assist with photographing samples and organizing product inventory
• Log and track new arrivals and product samples
• Help organize product pieces used for content or photoshoots

Project & Team Support
• Assist with tracking marketing timelines and project deliverables
• Support AI content initiatives (uploading product files and coordinating assets for styled imagery)
• Provide general office support including organizing products and assisting team members as needed

Competencies & Skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form social media formats
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content optimization
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic understanding of retail math and marketing metrics
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn across different areas of the business
• Flexible team player comfortable contributing to multiple projects in a 
collaborative, small-company environment
