Clinical Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our growing vein and aesthetic/wellness practice. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The Clinical Assistant plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures

Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and relevant patient information

Assist providers with in-office procedures, including venous ablation treatments

Provide pre- and post-procedure care, education, and support to patients

Ensure proper patient positioning, comfort, and safety throughout visits

Maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam rooms and clinical areas

Support patient flow and coordinate care with providers and front office staff

Adhere to all clinical protocols, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

Assist with additional patient care tasks and clinical duties as needed
