Key Responsibilities
Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules and operations
Demand Forecasting: Analyze demand and establish production strategies
KPI Management: Monitor and analyze key production performance indicators
Inventory & Materials Management: Optimize material supply and inventory control
Process & Quality Control: Improve production processes and ensure quality standards
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with headquarters and internal teams
Data Analysis: Analyze production data to improve efficiency and support decision-making
Qualifications (Target Criteria)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Approximately 2–5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills:
Understanding of production planning, inventory control, and process management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Language: Business-level proficiency in English
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Korean
Experience with SAP
Strong data analysis and system utilization capabilities
Experience using Microsoft Power BI for data collection and reporting (highly preferred)
Experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
