[Accounting Specialist (1 Opening)]

Salary Range: USD 60,000–80,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Location : 6900 Corporation Pkwy, Battleboro, NC 27809, USA

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• General Ledger Management: Maintain general ledger accounts, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable processes and invoice handling
• Budget Support: Assist in budgeting and cost analysis
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and U.S. GAAP standards
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation
• ERP System Management: Manage accounting data using ERP systems
• Tax Compliance: Handle federal and state tax filings and ensure tax compliance

Qualifications (Target Criteria)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Technical Skills:
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Language: Business-level proficiency in English
• Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy and analytical skills
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or relevant certification
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution accounting
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong statistical analysis and data modeling skills
• Experience in data visualization and BI dashboard development

• Salary: USD 60,000-80,000(Negotiable based on experience)

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
