Ultrasound Technician

Wayne County Hospital, located in Monticello, KY, is searching for a full-time ultrasound technician to join our team of professionals.  We are a 25 bed critical care access hospital and located minutes of beautiful Lake Cumberland. We are looking for candidates who are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients for Ultrasound.  The Ultrasound Tech performs two  dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs.  Performs all quality control checks, infection control checks, maintains accurate QC logs, service records, etc.  Applicant must possess excellent communication skills and be current with BLS certification.  

Education:   Prefer specific experience and training in Ultrasound.  ARRT and/or RDMS certification and /or CCI.
