Podcast Production & Content Intern

Thorn City Syndicate is building a next-generation media platform focused on business storytelling, and podcast production. We are currently launching a new podcast in partnership with a major workforce organization and are looking for 2-3 interns who want hands-on experience in content creation, media production, and brand building.

This is not a passive internship you will be directly involved in producing real podcast episodes, creating content that gets published, and helping build a media system from the ground up. We are looking for folks with any level of production experience. 

You will:

-Gain practical and extensive podcast production experience

-Prepare interview questions, research guests, write biographies and show-notes for marketing support

Use podcast production tools (RiversideFM, CapCut, etc.) to help produce, edit, and prepare content that drives visibility, supports relationship-building, and contributes to Thorn City’s media and distribution ecosystem.

This part time position 15-20 hours/week is flexible to accommodate your student schedule and will start early May and extend through summer '26 with potential to extend further pending fit and performance.
