Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities
- Support in-person sales efforts by meeting with customers to present products/services and close opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face client visits to build rapport, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during in-person meetings and sales presentations, effectively communicating value propositions and product benefits.
- Assist with lead generation activities both in the field and inside the office, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-up, and conversion of prospects into active accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to implement strategies that drive sales growth and enhance customer acquisition.
- Support client engagements with strong relationship management, organized account documentation, and timely follow-up.
