AT&T Client Service Associate

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an AT&T Client Service Associate to deliver best-in-class in-person customer service and sales on behalf of AT&T while supporting Elevare Management’s commitment to exceptional customer experiences and measurable results.

AT&T Client Service Associate Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional in-person customer service as an AT&T Client Service Associate and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services to support their goals.
  • Communicate key features of AT&T plans, devices, and promotions to educate customers and support sales objectives.
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions to complete transactions and increase overall sales conversion.
  • Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of ongoing AT&T promotions to optimize sales performance.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strengthen overall sales execution.
  • Record accurate customer data and transaction details to support operational efficiency and sales reporting.
  • Uphold Elevare Management’s professional standards while fostering strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.

     

AT&T Client Service Associate Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred to support success as an AT&T Client Service Associate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively and drive sales outcomes.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering positive experiences as an AT&T Client Service Associate.
  • Ability to learn and retain product information to support knowledgeable recommendations and sales success.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, in-person setting.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to contribute to sales performance.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support peak customer demand.
