Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 base (DOE) + performance bonuses + growth incentives

The Opportunity
This is not just an Assistant Manager role.
This is a GM training position for someone who wants to:
Run their own restaurant
Lead teams at a high level
Be part of scaling a multi-unit concept

Core Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Support and oversee all FOH/BOH operations during service
Ensure smooth execution across lunch, dinner, and high-volume shifts
Act as manager-on-duty as needed
Team Leadership
Help hire, train, and develop staff
Maintain accountability, standards, and culture
Step in to lead shifts and cover when needed
Systems & Structure
Enforce SOPs across all departments
Assist in scheduling, labor management, and shift planning
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational flow
Financial Awareness
Understand and manage:
Labor %
Cost of goods
Waste reduction
Contribute to hitting weekly and monthly targets
Guest Experience
Ensure high-level hospitality standards
Handle guest issues professionally and efficiently
Build relationships with regulars and local clientele

You are:

Experience:
2–5+ years in restaurant leadership (supervisor, lead, or manager)
