RxWellness is a fast-growing healthcare platform operating multiple chiropractic and wellness clinics across Northern Virginia. Our mission is to bring natural healthcare to the forefront while building a scalable, technology-driven clinic network.
As we grow from 12 to 20+ locations, we are building an internal team to support our technology systems, clinic infrastructure, and data operations.
Job Description
We are hiring a Technical Operations Associate to support our clinics and internal systems.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you will help troubleshoot real-world technology issues across our clinics while learning how our systems, data, and software work together behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is:

You will work directly with leadership and our technical team and will have the opportunity to grow into a larger systems or technical role over time.
What You’ll Do
Clinic IT & Technical Support
Troubleshoot WiFi, internet connectivity, and networking issues
Set up and maintain computers, workstations, and peripherals
Assist with basic server and system troubleshooting
Travel to local clinic locations to resolve technical issues
Systems & Technology Support
Help maintain and support internal systems (EHR, reporting tools, etc.)
Assist with resolving day-to-day technical issues across the company
Work with team members to identify and fix recurring system problems
Learning & Growth Projects (Over Time)
As you grow in the role, you may also:
Assist with data/reporting systems (SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Help support integrations between systems (EHR, CRM, etc.)
Participate in larger technology projects (cloud migration, system upgrades)
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:
-is naturally good with technology
-enjoys figuring things out
-is comfortable using Google/ChatGPT to solve problems
-takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions
-is reliable and follows through
Preferred Background (Flexible)
Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
OR strong hands-on experience with technology (building PCs, fixing systems, etc.)
0–2 years experience (internships or part-time experience count)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Basic understanding of networking (routers, WiFi, etc.)
Exposure to SQL, data, or reporting tools
Experience troubleshooting technical issues
Location
Based in Northern Virginia (Herndon area)
Some travel to local clinic locations required
Compensation
$60,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
Strong growth opportunity as the company scales
