Marketing & Sales Support Intern

Content & Asset Management

  • Organize and catalog past project photos, videos, and data into a structured, accessible library.
  • Transform raw project assets into compelling case studies, portfolio pieces, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and upgrade organized archives of completed projects by market, product type and region.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Help keep the LucentHD website current with fresh project photos, content updates, and accurate information. 
  • Create and schedule social media content across relevant platforms to showcase projects and build brand awareness.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting key markets including North Dakota, Texas, and California. 
  • Monitor social media engagement and help track the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

  • Create photo-realistic renderings to help clients visualize custom lighted sign concepts and installations. 
  • Design marketing collateral including flyers, product sheets, social graphics, and email campaign visuals.
  • Assist with brand management - ensuring LucentHD's visual identity is applied consistently across all materials. 
  • Support the development of client-facing PowerPoint presentations with professional and on-brand design. 

Sales Support

  • Prepare polished presentation decks and proposal visuals to support the sales team in client meetings. 
  • Help develop materials that showcase LucentHD's capabilities, past projects and product offerings. 
  • Assist with the marketing of LucentHD's customized lighted sign product line ($2500-$10000 range) 
  • Occasionally support outreach or follow-up communications with prospective clients as capacity allows.

 

Requirements 

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar. 
  • Ability to create photo-realistic renderings or product visualizations (3D rendering experience a strong plus) 
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Comfortable managing and posting content across social media platforms. 
  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong written communication skills for creating captions, content, and marketing. 

Preferred

  • Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar) 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact or similar) 
  • Experience with PowerPoint or Keynote and a knack for creating clean, professional presentations
  • Prior customer-facing work experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Interest in or familiarity with AV technology, LED displays, signage, or construction/engineering industries.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills are a bonus.
