🏆 What You’ll Do

As part of the Athletic Leadership Program, you will:

• Lead and mentor campers ages 7–16
• Coach and assist in daily athletic programming
• Create structure, energy, and accountability within your group
• Be part of a competitive, high-performance staff culture
• Develop leadership, communication, and decision-making skills through real responsibility

🎓 Internship Credit Opportunity

• Opportunity to earn college internship credit (varies by school)
• Camp Lenox will work directly with your university to complete required documentation

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• $2,300–$2,500 summer stipend
• Travel reimbursement provided
