Manufacturing Associate (NIGHTS) – Cell Therapy & Mammalian Manufacturing
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Differential: 20% Shift Differential for all night and weekend hours worked. Location: Portsmouth, NH, USA.

Which Path is Yours?
1. Mammalian Manufacturing (Large-Scale / Automated)
Best for: Graduates of Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Biomanufacturing with an interest in large-scale systems (20L to 20,000L).
The Work: Highly automated. You will control production in massive stainless steel tanks and complex filtration systems using state-of-the-art software.
2. Cell Therapy Manufacturing (Personalized / Manual)
Best for: Graduates of Biochemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology with a passion for personalized medicine and "bench-top" science.
The Work: Intimate and manual. You will work in Grade B cleanrooms, using pipettes and specialized hoods to process individual patient-derived batches.

- The 2-2-3 Schedule: Work only 7 out of every 14 days. Our predictable rotation (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) ensures you have consistent long weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Cell Therapy: Work in sterile Grade B environments; perform aseptic processing; receive and cryopreserve patient cells; execute flawless documentation for individualized batches.
- Mammalian: Operate 2,000L to 20,000L bioreactors; execute Upstream and Downstream processes; perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) operations; conduct in-process testing (pH, metabolites, etc.).
Who We’re Looking For
- Foundational / New Grads: No prior industry experience required! We value your lab experience, high attention to detail, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a STEM field is highly preferred for those looking to grow into technical lead roles.
- Mindset: Reliability is key. We are looking for people who understand the gravity of our work—where "Right First Time" isn't just a goal, it's a requirement for patient safety.
