Insurance Agent (Property & Casualty Personal Lines)
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for serving others. You will work directly with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients
- Provide expert advice on personal insurance products and coverage options
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and carriers
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Interest in pursuing a career in insurance, business, or finance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and high emotional intelligence
Bonus (Not Required)
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Experience in customer service, sales, or personal lines insurance

Compensation
Starting at $42,000 annually, salary commensurate with experience.
