Adapt ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians. With clients located in the greater boston area, central MA and the merrimack valley you could be the next person to join us in our vision to provide high quality ABA services in Massachusetts.


Adapt Transition Services is focused on providing high quality services for adolescents and young adults with ASD. We are particularly focused on improving services for transition aged individuals (14-22) and supporting them on their path to adulthood. Position Overview:

We are looking for someone to provide direct face to face Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to adolescents and young adults with autism in the clinic, home and community settings. 


 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support individuals with autism and special needs in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors and additional team members to support the client's needs


 

Required Skill & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Availability on weekdays during peak hours (ranges from 9 am - 6pm)
  • Bachelor’ s degree, experience working with children with autism preferred
