We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Full-Time professional experience post graduation:
    • 6–12 months of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field (for the Associate position)
    • 24-36 months of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field (for the Associate Consultant position)
  • A bachelor’s degree from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to work well in teams
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a desire to learn and grow
