Part-Time Leasing Agent

Part time leasing agent: We are looking for friendly, upbeat personalities who love people and are looking for a great learning experience. The job duties will include opening and/or closing the rental office making it ready for the day's activities, giving leasing tours of the community and amenities, directing leads through the leasing process, calling all current and past traffic, communicating with residents and all possible new residents, helping with resident events and pre-leasing events, social media such as taking photos and posting videos, marketing our brand, doing outreach at local businesses and schools, answering phones, enforcing pool rules and regular pool walks, and creating flyers for events.
