Looking for flexibility without compromising clinical quality? Trinity Rehab's part-time PT positions give you scheduling flexibility while leveraging technology that eliminates administrative burden—so your time is spent on patient care.

The Advantage:

Part-time clinicians at Trinity Rehab use the same AI Scribe (Athelas), EMR AI Assistant, and Self-Check-In Kiosks as our full-time team. That means less charting time, faster patient check-ins, and instant insurance verification. Whether you’re working one shift per week or several, you’re never managing mountains of paperwork.

The Role:

  • Treat patients in our outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Work flexible shifts: mornings, evenings, or full days (schedule varies by clinic)
  • Per-diem or set schedule options available
  • Leverage our AI-integrated workflow to work efficiently
  • Contribute to clinical excellence and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with full-time and part-time clinicians
  • Licensed to practice in NJ

What We’re Looking For:

  • DPT or equivalent licensure
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • Licensed to practice in NJ
  • Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Open to using technology to streamline workflows

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $55-$65/hour (based on experience)
  • Sign-on Bonus: $5,000-$10,000
  • Flexible schedule with morning, evening, and weekend options
  • Per-diem or regular part-time shifts available
  • Unlimited Online CEUs + Complimentary MedBridge Subscription
  • 2 Paid CEU Days per year
  • Tuition Reimbursement
