Position: Inspiration Station Internship

Duration: Summer Session

Location: Ector County ISD

 

Job Description:

 

To support inspiration and innovation in Ector County ISD and Ector 
County through the STEAM and innovative programs related to the Inspiration Station. The Inspiration Station is a mobile outreach vehicle that supports students and the Ector  County community through innovative programming. This includes innovative curriculum and aligned instructional activities, engaging outreach experiences, literacy support, vaccination clinics, positive community outreach in partnership with various organizations, and other activities as needs arise.


Major Responsibilities and Duties:


•Provide support to the Director of STEAM Initiatives and Special Projects in the  implementation of Inspiration Station initiatives (e.g. preparing materials, maintaining  inventory, setting up/taking down at events, presenting activities, etc.)

•Perform other related duties as assigned

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
• Frequent county-wide travel
• Occasional prolonged or irregular hours, including evening and weekend
