Business Development Representative
We’re seeking a proactive and ambitious master's graduate with 2-3 years of experience who’s excited to build relationships, drive lead generation, and contribute to our growing sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your business and industry acumen to research targeted audience, identify key players, generate interest, create compelling events, and develop new accounts.
- Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to potential customers and SAP sales executives in North America
- Activity breakup - 50% Lead Generation 40% Business Development 10% Sales
- Understanding prospect needs, mapping their needs to Incture’s offerings, connecting with key executives at customers to create new opportunities
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, SAP, social, references, SAP App center, events and partners through a rigorous lead qualification and scoring criteria
- Grow and execute sources for qualified sales leads.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with enterprise accounts.
- Create innovative outreach strategies for lead generation, from the assigned territory, and generate contact (call, email, social, attend events, etc.). Secure and schedule meetings and demos adopting all tools available. Keep in regular contact with target market to engage with prospects, identify opportunities, and schedule sales presentations.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop marketing tactics against the assigned accounts; and drive attendance/presence at relevant events and conferences.
- Lead the development of new business relationships and effectively handover clients to the Sales and Delivery Team, upon successful conclusion of the BDR processes.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Drive demand through outreach efforts, prospecting, and follow-up to build a strong sales pipeline. Identify potential clients and qualify them using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) framework to assess fit and potential.
- Outbound Communication: Reach out to prospects via email, calls, and social channels to introduce our solutions and create awareness of our value.
- Onboarding & Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to create an onboarding experience that wows new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong initial impressions.
- Pitch Presentations: Independently craft and deliver impactful, visually engaging presentations tailored to resonate with prospective clients.
- Social Listening & Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends through social listening and market research, gathering insights that help shape effective lead scoring and re-marketing strategies.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams and bring a team player attitude to help support colleagues and ensure an organized, efficient sales process.
Relevant Experience & Competencies:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, or CPG sectors is a plus.
- Business Process Knowledge: Knowledge of finance, procurement, and general business processes is advantageous.
- Experience in any one of the following industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, CPGR, Oil & Gas, Pharma in B2B selling/Market research.
- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills with a positive, energetic presentation style.
- Adaptability: Open to working flexible hours as needed, with strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate them clearly to clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proficient in the BANT framework for effective lead qualification, with a client-first approach that ensures prospective clients feel understood and valued.
