HR Manager
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADP, compliance, payroll, workplace culture, and communication. Candidates with under 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. 

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to support our growing healthcare organization. This role is responsible for managing core human resources functions, including payroll, compliance, employee relations, and workplace culture. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to develop within a fast-paced, multi-location medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing using ADP and ensure accuracy and timeliness

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific labor laws and regulations

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes

Foster a positive workplace culture and assist with employee engagement initiatives

Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and HR-related inquiries

Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures

Assist leadership with administrative and HR operational needs

Qualifications:

Experience with ADP, payroll, or HR systems preferred

Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural healthcare environment

Less than 1 year of HR experience is acceptable; training will be provided
