Notion Specialist (Intern)
The Notion Specialist helps build and maintain custom Notion workspaces for Docugrow clients. This role turns client goals into clear systems that are easy to use and scale, including databases, dashboards, documentation, and automations.
What you’ll do
- Design and build databases with strong structure, including properties, relations, and rollups.
- Create formulas that support reporting, routing, and workflow logic.
- Configure views, filters, and templates that make day-to-day work simple for clients.
- Implement automations and integrations to reduce manual work and improve consistency.
- Improve workspace design and UX so pages are clear, organized, and intuitive.
- Document system behavior, SOPs, and best practices so clients can confidently operate and evolve the workspace.
- Collaborate with internal team members to scope solutions, QA builds, and ship polished deliverables.
