Global Belonging & Inclusion Summer Internship

Job Title: Summer Intern - Global Belonging & Inclusion Team

Location:  100% Remote or Hybrid (75% Remote/25% Local - Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO)

Duration: May 27, 2026 - August 28, 2026 (flexible with school schedule) 

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm EST)

Global Belonging & Inclusion Internship Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and innovative summer interns to join our Global B&I Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of belonging and inclusion initiatives while working alongside a talented team of professionals. Interns will contribute to ongoing projects, assist in data analysis, and support communication efforts aimed at enhancing our workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement B&I programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data to evaluate the engagement impact of inclusion efforts.
  • Help create engaging communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, and internal communications.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promoting belonging and inclusion.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute insights and suggestions for ongoing projects.

 

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Communication, Data Analytics, Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field in good standing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
