People and Culture Manager

Director of Operations
Responsibilities:
Primarily, you will play an important role in the administrative operations of a growing Boston based service company that works with premium residential properties. You will need to be an excellent organizer and multitasker. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you will assist with human resource functions, technology, operations and administrative tasks. Every day will bring new challenges, and you will never work in a cubicle. You will be a positive influence on all employees, helping other team members achieve their goals. Initially, your focus will be on organization and administration, but in time you will be given the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction of the Company by working with team members to ensure we continue to build a strong and cohesive company culture based on kindness and service.
