Camp AGQ Business Administrator

Overview:

Support the Camp Team in all areas related to Administrative, Business, Marketing, and other task-oriented responsibilities. Fulfill daily administrative responsibilities to support the camp office.  

Expectations:

  • Office Administration
    • On-point for administrative tasks including answering phones, distributing messages to counselors, maintaining files, activity area dispatch, spreadsheet maintenance, running errands, etc.
    • Assist Program Director with activity area sign-ups and maintaining binders.
    • Responsible for start and end of session printing and organizing of lists.
    • Shreds any sensitive information on a regular basis
  • Parent Communications
    • Responsible for printing and distributing daily parent emails.
    • Responsible for distributing post office mail.
    • Correspond daily with Ann Arbor AGQ Registrar and assist with session-specific parent inquiries. 
  • Finances
    • Work with Camp Director to oversee staff receipt processing and invoice requests on time.
    • Oversee camp credit card usage, maintain record of credit card users.
  • Other
    • Maintain a high level or organization, strong, time-efficient communication, and professionalism.
    • Prepare any materials including lost and found and camper form binders that need to go down to Ann Arbor on the bus each session.
    • Plan and execute Staff Week Sessions relevant to your position.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned. 
    • Work as a cabin counselor
