Receptionist Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team with the opportunity to potentially transition into a full-time, permanent role.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment, build administrative skills, and grow within the insurance industry.

 

What You’ll Do

Answer and route incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front office environment

Assist with claim intake and basic data entry

Support adjusters and management with administrative tasks

Organize files, documents, and internal systems

Help manage emails

Perform general office duties as needed

 

What We’re Looking For 

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 

Bonus:

Prior receptionist, office, or customer service experience

Familiarity with insurance, claims, or administrative systems
