Event Coordinator– PROJXON
About the Role: 20 hrs/week, unpaid, 6-month program | Fully remote | HR Team | OPT/CPT eligible

Responsibilities
- Oversee current event programs and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Partner with the Executive Assistant (EA) to design, plan, and execute new events from concept through completion.
- Manage event calendars, scheduling, and coordination across departments to keep all timelines aligned.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure excellent execution.
- Track budgets, logistics, and post-event reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Event Management, Communications, or a related field (current students or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate schedules, event documentation, and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced or changing situations.
- Familiarity with data tracking, spreadsheets, or reporting tools such Google Sheets.
- Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable working with feedback and iterative improvements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using tools such as Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Basic knowledge of data visualization or reporting tools (Excel dashboards, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.).
- Interest in HR analytics, organizational effectiveness, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly adapt and respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, and timeline tracking.
