We’re a fast-growing residential roofing company specializing in storm-damage and insurance-based roof replacements. Our Setter Team is the front line of our company - starting conversations with homeowners, spotting potential roof damage, and setting qualified appointments for our roofing professionals.

If you’re competitive, driven, and confident speaking face-to-face, this role puts you in control of your income and your growth. No roofing experience required - we train the right people.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods after storms or in targeted areas
• Start professional, low-pressure conversations with homeowners
• Identify potential roof damage and homeowner interest
• Set qualified appointments for our roofing professionals
• Gather accurate homeowner and property information
• Coordinate clearly with the sales team for smooth handoffs
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Track daily activity and performance

What It Takes

• Confidence speaking with homeowners in person
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
• Willingness to learn roofing basics and insurance processes
• Direct to consumer sales, commission sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

Travel

Some markets may require short-term travel during storm season. Travel is planned in advance.
